Automation Centre of Excellence
We started an internal service for automation but with the ambition of offering an external service.
In Kevin's advisory role with the organisation an automation service was introduced as part of the his strategic plan to create a hyper toolkit for the Innovation Centre at Alder Hey.
After a year of building and establishing an automation team in partnership with the organisation, the team were ready to try something new to them and the organisation. The idea was to build a business and centre of exellence focused on providing intelligent automation development services in the NHS and beyond.
Under Kevin's guidance, the centre was established and is now offering services to other NHS organisations.
