BI Strategy and Audit

The client just won a new contract and as part of the contract they were required to report on key metrics. Success of achieving these metrics resulted in payment and contract renewal opportunities.

Modeii conducted a high level strategic review of the existing business intelligence department to provide recommendation for next steps. Following this we were then asked to conduct a deeper operational audit to provide recommendations for improvement and process changes.

All of our recommendations were taken on board and we continued to support the recruitment process as part of our recommendation.
