Hospital System Migration

The hospital were migrating to a new system that required a complete data warehouse and business intelligence re-write. In additiion the hospital was also moving to a new building and configuration within months of going live with the new system and also wanted to completely rethink and rebuild how they measured performance.

Modeii were asked to help manage the business intelligence and reporting workstream and bring the project back on track. Along side this they were also tasked with conducting research on what performance measures the organisation should be addressing, building a specification to support the findings and develop the final solution.

The result was a digital corporate performance reporting solution with full drilldown capabilties supported by a custom application for data capture and processing, a redisgned data warehouse and the successful delivery of the workstream on time and budget.
