Nursing Dashboard

The client had established that the nursing and ward management had no way to access data or reports to identify areas for improvement and monitor those improvements.

Modeii spent time with the client understanding what they had to measure and also what they would like to measure to drive improvement. Following this exercise we developed a series of wireframes to help decide on the design and functionality of the reporting. The next stage was to build the reporting and provided full drilldown functionality to be able to understand root causes of any issues identified and the provide visibility of departments. Full training on the solution was provided to staff.
