We recommended that a number of areas around the client site needed more visibility of data and performance.
The client had a large data warehouse and suite of reporting, however none of this was easily visible to ward staff and patients.
Modeii developed a reporting suite that was placed around the hospital to provide visibilty in real-time of A&E waiting times, clinic room utilisation, and ward status.
This made access to critical data faster for those in the organisation and patients.
