Wait List Management

The NHS currently has a 7.5m patients waiting. The problem in the organisation was a growing patient waiting list and how to best manage it. The operational teams were struggling to find a way to keep the actions being taken on the patient waiting list in sync with the ever changing data from the system.

Modeii developed a solution using the Power Platform to bring in data from the hospital system and allow actions and commentary to be made against the patient record using Power Apps embedded in the same screen. This proved successful in allowing the validation and pathway coordination teams to keep on top of the growing workloads.

In addition a Power BI waitlist management dashboard was created to provide higher level oversight of the waiting lists. This was all packaged in a single product suite.
